Add a Domain and Choose Pages
Step 1 - Start the wizard
From the app, go to Pages and choose Add a domain.
Step 2 - Enter your URL
Type the root URL of the site you want to work with and continue. The app reads that site's sitemap and starts a background crawl - you don't need to wait for the crawl to finish before moving on.
Step 3 - Choose your pages
You'll see every URL found in the sitemap (100 at a time if there are a lot), each with a checkbox.
- Use select-all or clear on the current page of results, or hand-pick specific URLs.
- As you select, a live estimate appears: roughly how many days it'll take to post through everything you've selected, based on your selection count and how many channels you've connected so far (e.g. "12 pages, rotating at 2 pages/day over ~6 days"). If you haven't connected a channel yet, it estimates conservatively at 1 page/day.
You don't have to select everything - start with your highest-value pages and add more later.
Step 4 (optional) - Connect Google Search Console
There's a "Link now" option right in the wizard to connect Search Console for this domain immediately. Skipping it is fine - you'll get a reminder from your dashboard, and you can connect it any time from the domain's settings.
→ Connect Google Search Console
Step 5 - Confirm
Click through to finish. Your selected pages are queued and you land on the domain's page, where each one moves through Pending → Crawling → Analyzing → Ready as the app processes it.
Managing pages after setup
From the domain's page, the discovered-pages table lets you:
- Search by title or URL (once you have more than a handful of pages)
- Select multiple pages and bulk-atomize them in one click
- Use the row menu on any page to Atomize/Re-atomize, manage its images, generate posts, start a campaign from it, or delete it
Adding more pages later
You can re-run the "Add a domain" flow's page-selection step at any time to bring in pages you skipped initially, or add a brand-new domain the same way.
A note on limits
Free-plan workspaces are capped at 1 domain. Trying to add a second opens an upgrade prompt. Every paid plan supports unlimited domains - the limits that do apply on paid plans (connected accounts, page capacity, monthly distribution credits) are covered in Plans and Pricing.
