Glossary

Atom (content atom) An independent, self-contained idea extracted from a page by the Page Atomizer - a claim, statistic, step, FAQ, quote, comparison, etc. Each atom can become its own post.

Atomizing The process of reading a page and breaking it into content atoms. Doesn't create posts by itself - it builds the pool a page can generate posts from. See Atomize a Page.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Connecting your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key so your AI usage bills directly to your own provider account instead of being metered against your plan's monthly allowance. See Use Your Own AI Key.

Campaign A recurring posting schedule tied to one atomized page - set it up once and it keeps generating and (optionally) publishing fresh posts on a rhythm you define. See Build a Campaign.

Connected account A social media account linked to one specific domain - Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. Never shared across domains, even within the same workspace.

Distribution credit The unit that meters AI-generated, published posts on a paid plan. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; BYOK removes the cap entirely.

Domain A single website you've added to a workspace, with its own discovered pages, connected channels, settings, and (optionally) Google Search Console link. See Workspaces and Domains.

GSC (Google Search Console) Google's tool for monitoring a site's search performance. Connecting it (per domain) grounds the Atomizer in real keyword demand and unlocks Top Pages / Opportunity Pages insights.

Inbox The unified place to manage direct messages, post comments, and reviews across every connected channel. See Manage Your Inbox.

Needs Review The status a generated post lands in when its domain requires approval - waiting for a human to approve it before it schedules.

Opportunity page A page (per Google Search Console data) with high impressions but a low click-through rate - Google is showing it often, but few people click. A strong signal that a title/meta description tweak would help.

Page Atomizer The engine that reads a page once and extracts independent content atoms, so each connected platform gets a distinct post instead of the same caption reworded.

Role What a workspace member is allowed to do: Owner (full control, including billing), Admin (everything except billing), Editor (write/edit/approve/publish content, respond in the Inbox), or Viewer (read-only).
