Manage Your Inbox (DMs, Comments, Reviews)

The Inbox brings direct messages, post comments, and reviews from every connected channel into one place - so you don't have to log into each platform separately to respond.

Getting there

  • Sidebar → Inbox opens the full section.
  • The bell icon next to the theme switcher in the top bar shows a live count of what's actively awaiting a response (unread DMs and reviews without a reply) and lists your most recent activity in a quick drawer - click any item to jump straight into it, or Open inbox for the full view.

The four tabs

  • All - a combined snapshot across Messages, Comments, and Reviews.
  • Messages - every direct-message conversation across your connected accounts.
  • Comments - every post that has comments, across every connected account.
  • Reviews - customer reviews (Facebook Pages and Google Business only - reviews aren't a concept on the other platforms).

Every tab can be filtered by domain and platform, so you can narrow down to just one site or one channel at a time.

Messages

Click into any conversation to open its thread - messages appear as chat bubbles (yours on one side, theirs on the other). From there you can:

  • Reply - type and send (⌘/Ctrl+Enter also sends).
  • Archive the conversation.
  • Opening a conversation automatically marks it read.

Comments

Click Manage on any commented post to open its full thread. Depending on the platform and the specific comment, you may be able to:

  • Reply publicly, or reply to a specific nested comment.
  • Like a comment.
  • Hide or unhide a comment (keeps it visible only to the commenter and page admins).
  • Delete a comment.
  • Edit a comment (Reddit only, and only on comments you posted).
  • Approve or reject a comment (YouTube only - for videos you own, this works as a moderation queue).
  • Send a private reply - a private DM to the commenter, on Instagram and Facebook only.

Which actions show up depends entirely on what that platform and that specific comment actually support - you'll never see an option that wouldn't work.

Reviews

Each review shows the reviewer, star rating, review text, and whether it's already been replied to.

  • Click Reply to post a public response.
  • On Google Business reviews, you can also delete your reply later if you need to redo it (Facebook doesn't support deleting a reply once posted).

A note on how "notifications" work here

The Inbox pulls live from your connected accounts each time you open it - it's not a historical log of "everything that happened since you last checked." The bell badge reflects your current actual state (unread DMs + reviews awaiting reply) at the moment you load the page, not a running feed of past events.

Who can respond

Replying, hiding, deleting, and moderating requires at least Editor access in the workspace. Viewers can browse the Inbox but can't take action from it.
