Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancelling

All plan and payment management happens in Settings → Billing, and is restricted to the workspace owner - other members (including admins) will see a note that billing is managed by the owner if they try to access it.

Upgrading from Free

If you're on Free, Settings → Billing (or the pricing page) shows a "Choose a plan" card - pick Starter, Growth, or Scale and a monthly/annual interval, and you're taken to secure checkout to start your subscription.

Changing plans (already on a paid tier)

If you're already a paying customer, the same screen instead shows a "Change plan" card. Picking a different tier opens a confirmation showing exactly the prorated amount before anything is charged - the button reads Upgrade or Downgrade depending on whether you're moving to a higher or lower tier.

The upgrade prompt

If you hit a plan limit while using the app - trying to connect a channel on Free, add a second domain on Free, exceed your page capacity, and so on - you'll see a contextual upgrade prompt explaining exactly what you hit and offering to pick a plan right there, instead of a generic error.

Cancelling

Cancelling from Settings → Billing doesn't cut you off immediately - your subscription is set to end on your current billing period's renewal date, and you keep full access until then. You can reactivate any time before that date from the same screen.

Comped (free-granted) plans

If your workspace has been granted a paid plan at no charge, the billing page reflects that directly - there's no subscription or payment method to manage in that case.

Monthly vs. annual

You can switch between monthly and annual billing the same way you'd change plans - pick the interval you want and confirm.
