Manage Your Image Library

Every domain has its own image pool that any post for that domain can draw from - stock photos, your own uploads, or images picked while editing a specific post.

Opening the image library

From a domain's page, open its settings drawer and choose Image pool. This opens a modal where you can search stock images or upload your own.

Using images on posts

When composing or editing a post, the image picker lets you:

  • Search the stock library for something matching your content.
  • Choose from images already uploaded to this domain's pool.
  • Upload a new image on the spot.

To upload your own, drag an image onto the Upload your own area or click it to browse your device - JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. You'll see a thumbnail of what you picked, then tick the rights confirmation and hit Upload.

The chosen image attaches to that specific post. Each connected platform's own attachment behavior applies once the post publishes - some platforms handle images differently than others.

Where images live

Images are scoped per domain, matching the same isolation as connected channels - one domain's image pool is separate from another's, even within the same workspace.
