Read Your Analytics

The Analytics page is your single dashboard for how content is performing - both what you've published and how your pages are doing in search.

Filters

Everything on the page respects a shared set of filters: domain, source page, platform, date range, and granularity (day/week/month/year), plus a separate range control for the Search Console section.

What's on the page

  • KPI cards - Generated / Scheduled / Published / Failed post counts for your current filter slice.
  • Search Console panel - clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position with trend lines, a top-queries table, and (if you haven't filtered to one domain) a workspace-wide leaderboard across every connected domain. Only shows up if GSC is connected somewhere. → Connect Google Search Console
  • Posts generated over time - a time-series chart of your posting volume.
  • By channel - a bar chart of generated/published/failed counts, broken out per platform.
  • Channel engagement - a table of live metrics pulled straight from each connected account: impressions, reach, engagement rate, likes, comments, shares, views - with a link into a deeper per-channel breakdown for each row.
  • By page - generated/published counts per source page, so you can see which pages are producing the most content (hidden automatically when you've already filtered down to a single page).

If channel engagement isn't showing

Live per-channel metrics depend on an add-on from our publishing partner. If it isn't enabled on your account, that section is replaced with a note explaining that internal post counts (still shown above it) reflect what was published, even though live engagement numbers aren't available. If nothing is connected at all, you'll see a prompt to connect a channel first.

Per-channel detail

Click into any channel from the engagement table (or from a channel's row in Connections) for a deeper view: analytics over time, best time to post, content decay (how quickly a post's engagement typically tails off), posting frequency, follower growth, and platform-specific insights where available. Richer platform insights currently exist for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn (organic), Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business; some platforms (Threads, Reddit, Pinterest, Bluesky) don't expose a dedicated insights feed the same way. If one section can't load, the rest of the page still works.
