Edit, Review, and Approve Posts

The Content page is where every post in your workspace lives, no matter how it was created.

Filtering

Content is filterable by:

  • Domain
  • Channel/platform
  • Status - Draft, Needs Review, Scheduled, Published, Failed, Cancelled
  • Source - generated from a page vs. written manually

Filters are reflected in the URL, so you can bookmark or share a specific slice (e.g. "everything needing review for this domain").

Approving a post

Posts land at Needs Review when their domain requires approval (the default). To approve one:

  1. Open Content and filter to Needs Review if you want to focus there.
  2. Click Approve on the post.
  3. It moves into the next available slot in that channel's posting cadence automatically - you don't need to separately schedule it unless you want a specific time.

Editing a post

Click into any editable post (anything before "Published") to:

  • Rewrite the text by hand.
  • Swap the image - search the stock library, pick from your uploads, or upload something new.
  • Regenerate with AI - pick a source page (required) and optional keywords/backlink URL, and get a fresh AI-written version grounded in that page.
  • Watch the character-count indicator, which flags whether you're under, within, or over that platform's ideal length.

Other actions available per post

  • Publish now - skip scheduling and send it immediately.
  • Schedule - pick a specific date and time.
  • Cancel - pull it out of the queue without deleting it.
  • Delete - remove it entirely (only while it's still editable).
  • Bulk delete - select multiple posts with checkboxes and remove them in one action; partial failures are reported individually.

Why a post might get skipped instead of duplicated

If a channel already has a live (not-yet-published) post for the same source page, the app won't generate a second one for that same page/channel pair - you'll see a note that some channels were skipped for exactly this reason when generating in bulk.

Turning approval off

If you'd rather posts schedule automatically without a manual approve step, that's controlled per domain (in that domain's settings) or workspace-wide (Settings → Account, which can override every domain's individual setting). See The Post Lifecycle for exactly how that changes the flow.
