Use the Content Calendar

The Calendar page gives you a single view of everything that's scheduled to go out, across every platform and domain in your workspace.

What it shows

Every post that's already in a Scheduled state appears on the calendar at its scheduled date and time. This is deliberately a narrower view than Content - drafts, needs-review posts, and anything else still pending a decision live on the Content page, not here. The Calendar is specifically "what's queued to actually go out, and when."

What you can do from the calendar

  • Drag a scheduled post to a different day or time to reschedule it.
  • Delete a scheduled post directly from the calendar.

When to use Calendar vs. Content

  • Use Content when you're deciding what to approve, edit, or generate next.
  • Use Calendar when you want a bird's-eye view of your posting cadence - spotting gaps, checking you're not clustering everything on one day, or confirming a specific post's exact send time.
