Troubleshooting
I didn't get my confirmation email
Check spam/junk first. If it's genuinely not arriving, wait a few minutes and try signing up again - occasionally there's a temporary delivery issue, which the app will tell you about directly if it detects one.
The "Connect" popup didn't open, or closed without connecting
Some browsers block popups by default. If yours does, the app falls back to a full-page redirect automatically - try clicking Connect again. If a popup opened but you closed it (or it sat open too long - connections time out after 30 minutes), the button just resets to "Connect"; try again.
Atomizing a page failed
There's no fallback content - if atomizing fails, you'll see a specific error rather than placeholder posts. Common causes:
- No AI key configured - either your workspace's platform AI usage cap has been hit, or (if you're on BYOK) your own key isn't set up correctly. See Use Your Own AI Key.
- Response cut short - occasionally an AI response is truncated mid-generation; just try again.
- The page couldn't be fetched - if a specific URL is unreachable or blocks automated requests, that one page will fail even if others succeed.
For bulk atomize, some pages failing doesn't stop the rest - you'll get a summary of how many succeeded and failed.
A post won't publish to Pinterest
Pinterest requires a board ID set on the connected account before anything can post to it. Open the domain's Social channels drawer, find the Pinterest row, and set a board ID. → Pinterest
A post won't publish to X
X posting draws from a prepaid credit balance, separate from your plan. If the balance is too low, the post won't go out until you top up. → X/Twitter Credits
A channel shows "needs attention"
This usually means the platform connection has lapsed (an expired token, a revoked permission, etc.). Try Refresh in the channel's drawer first; if that doesn't clear it, disconnect and reconnect the channel.
My posts aren't auto-scheduling
Check the domain's "Require approval" setting - if it's on (the default), every generated post stops at "Needs Review" and needs a manual approve click before it schedules. A workspace-wide override in Settings → Account can also force this behavior across every domain, overriding each domain's individual setting.
I don't see Search Console data
- Confirm GSC is actually connected for that specific domain (it's per-domain, not global) - see Connect Google Search Console.
- Data has roughly a 3-day lag, matching Google's own reporting delay - very recent activity won't show up immediately.
- If both the current and previous period show zero impressions, you'll see an empty state rather than a broken chart - that's expected for a brand-new or very low-traffic property.
Channel engagement isn't showing in Analytics
Live per-channel engagement metrics depend on an add-on from our publishing partner being enabled on the account. If it isn't, you'll see a note explaining that - internal post counts (generated/published/failed) still show correctly either way.
I can't access Billing or Team settings
Billing changes are restricted to the workspace owner. Channel connect/disconnect and most settings are admin-only. If you don't see an option you expect, check your role with an admin on your workspace - see Invite Your Team.
